A suspected Pakistani boat was found abandoned in a creek area along the coast of Gujarat's Kutch district. The Border Security Force has launched an investigation into the incident and has stepped up security in the area.
The Coast Guard intercepted a Pakistani fishing trawler with 13 crew members onboard on Wednesday, November 22, 2023.
The boat was probably washed away due to rising water level in River Ravi in Pathankot sector, the BSF said.
A total of nine crew members were found on board the Pakistani boat.
